FEAR 2: Project Origin has been banned in Australia

Fear 2: Project OriginFEAR, the well known horror shooting online game, has been a tremendous success for Monolith.
Following which the FEAR 2: Project Origin was also released with the hope that it will also reach the same heights as its previous version.
But Australian classification board do not think so, the board has banned the game on the claims that there is too much of violence in the game.
The Warner Entertainment is in constant talks with the board trying to resolve the issue.
The company director has announced that the company is taking all the measures that are required to reduce the level of violence and make it available for Australian gamers.
The game, which is slated for release on February 11 in Australia, is still far enough off that there is hope the game will make it through the appeals process and onto shelves unmodified in our region – though, Warner was unwilling to comment officially on this portion of the matter.
