New Addition To Mass Effect franchiseMass Effect 3 is the newest addition to the Mass Effect franchise. This action role-playing game will be the last of the of trilogy, finishing the story of Commander Shepard. As normal the gameplay will be affected by the decisions made throughout the first two games. The combat systems have been improved, resulting in better cover, and less restricted movements around the battlefield, making tons of new decisions available. Conventional grenades, and instant melee kills will also result with more strategy based play. And new to the series will be the four player co-op mode allowing certain missions to be completed with the help of an experienced squad. Mass Effect Official ReleaseBeing officially announced in December 2010, the game holds the release date of March 6, 2012 for Microsoft Windows, Playstation 3, and the Xbox 360. The game takes place after Mass Effect 2, and Commander Shepard is trying to save the galaxy from the reapers, while dealing also with Cerberus, who have turned on Shepard. Unlike Mass Effect 2, if the player has no saved files, there will be no story so-far comic. Once completing the game, players will have the option of new game+, which will allow you to go back through and complete and collect anything you missed the first go around. According to Bio-Ware Steams terms are too restrictive on developer and customer interactions, making it difficult to deliver patches and downloadable content to the customers. Mass Effect 3 will be released on many 3rd party sites and EA’s Origin. But anywhere you buy the PC version of Mass Effect 3 you will have to download EA’s Origin gaming platform, for both physical and digital versions of the game. Constant online connection with origin will not be necessary for single player campaign, one time is all you will need. There will not be any limit on your installs. Bio-Ware has also stated that Origin is not Spyware, contrary to belief. |
