Street Fighter IV is a great success because it’s one of the most complex 2D fighters ever made. Never has the old “A minute to learn, a lifetime to master” phrase been truer than it is here in the game. The fundamental goals have remained consistent, that is to knock out the other guy or gal. Street Fighter IV’s visual is outstanding. The art style appears a lot more mature this time around. Long hair flows, facial expressions contort moves and eyes bulge as opponents see an ultra attack successfully executed.

Audio is a particular good in SFIV. The crowds’ cheer, the rattle of old trains, and the barking of dogs in alleys all help create a genuine environment. The gamer are even given the option to choose between Japanese and English voice-overs during cut scenes.

Street Fighter IV will welcome you with open arms, whether you’re a fan or playing for the first time. Amazing presentation, enjoyable fighting game play, and long-term appeal with online play make this a must-have. Street Fighter IV is without doubt one of the great examples of the fighting genre in this generation.
