Trauma Center 2: Under The Knife 2 is a surgical simulation game by Atlus for the Nintendo DS. This would be the forth game in the Trauma Center series, and a direct sequal to Trauma Center: Under The Knife. The game is set in 2021 in Africa, where main character Derek Stiles along with his nurse Angie Thompson help out in a refugee camp called Zakara. Soon, they begin researching on a mysterious fever with the help of other doctors.
